For help with QuitShark, email dev@mattjs.me. Tell us your app version, device model and what happened. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or private journal entries.
Your membership
Use Restore Purchases in QuitShark to check purchases made with your Apple account. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Your saved journey
If you previously linked Sign in with Apple, use the same Apple account to recover your journey. A purchase restore restores membership access; it does not by itself recover a different journey account. Contact us if you need help.
Your data
To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, email us. We may need to verify ownership. See our Privacy Policy for details.
